I was treated respectfully by every staff member from the front door until I got back in my car. My nurses were attentive and kept me informed of what was happening. Even though I had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time I was kept as comfortable as possible. The environment was clean and neat. I was cold and was provided with a warm blanket. Overall experience as good as it could have been. Thank you.

I really felt dismissed by the doctor. Nobody wants to sit for hours waiting around just to be mistreated. I wasn't taken serious. She was in and out 2 minutes top. The nurses on the other hand were very nice. Registration personnel was nice. Triage was a great experience. I felt they cared more than the doctor herself.

I went in for a total knee revision, was a pleasant experience. There is no reason for me to complain about the hospital or staff. The hospital was clean and up to date (as far as i can tell), The staff was more than courteous and helpful, as well as knowledgeable of their jobs. all the nurses were experienced and nice. I'm not real sure about the room, i was still doped up and the lights were off, but I'm certain it was acceptable. The food was.....well hospital food, it looked ok, but I wasn't able to eat. all in all, it was a decent experience, for a hospital stay and surgery. I would choose them again. And by the way I've had two of my children delivered there, and the women's life center is also an exceptional facility with exceptional staff to match.

My mother went in on 12/28/20 after not feeling well for a few days. My sister and I both asked her nurses and doctor if a COVID test was conducted, we were informed that a test was done, and she was negative. I just received her medical records so that I can take them to her rehabilitation facility and the records state she tested positive on 12/29/20. We had a handful of visitations with her from 12/31-1/10 before visitations were cutoff at Aiken Regional. This hospital lied to their patients family, and through this lie endangered several more family members through direct exposure as well as 2nd and 3rd hand exposure.

The care in the emergency was excellent. The caregivers were so competent and kind. The attending PA was exceptional and was assisted by two excellent a students. Gwendolyn, the attending nurse wrapped everything up. She leaves no doubt that she is an excellent care giver. Kudos to the team
