Alban was communicative, professional, and very easy to work with. I used them for both pre-drywall and final home inspections. Initially I had called another company first and even after speaking with an employee never received follow-ups to calls and emails I sent - it was a blessing in disguise because Alban/Steve my inspector were great. We contacted many inspectors to inspect our new home and Alban Inspections was by far the most responsive *and* most professional. They had me quoted, scheduled, and confirmed before the other companies even started reaching out to give us quotes (which, by the way, the rates from Alban Inspections was 100% competitive with the other companies that responded to us). At the inspection, Steve could not have been more helpful and informative!! It felt like having a family member give me the most thorough and comprehensive inspection possible. He told me how to winterize the home, where to find shut offs, how to tell what valves are opened and closed, what to replace soon, what he would do in various situations and of course, we also received the multi-page inspection report. He ran our dishwasher and every appliance he could, he told me how to replace quirky light bulbs, he recommended a fireplace shop. Two days later Steve returned to pick up the radon test and gave his ooh's and aah's to my 7 year old who insisted on showing off his Lego Halloween costume :) Steve then called me a couple hours later with his findings and what he recommended. Again, we received the full radon report just a short time later. The whole process gave me and my husband such an enormous peace of mind, I can't even tell you. Steve is such an asset to this company and when we buy our next home, I know exactly who I'll be calling!

We're preparing to put our home on the market. Robert performed a pre-offer inspection for us. He was extremely friendly and thorough. He spent plenty of time with us, explaining every detail and answering all our questions. After I left I said to my wife \What an awesome value for the price!\. I'm very impressed!

They were great! I was able to schedule everything at once (standard home inspection, termite, radon, and mold) and they took good care of me. The inspector was incredibly thorough and walked me through all of his findings. Highly recommend!

Had my home inspected by these guys prior to my house sale. Within a week had to replace the sewer line that had a break and backed up. Within a month a chimney line break. Within 2 months a main water line break. Over 10000 dollars in clearly missed prior defects I'm a first time home buyer and I put my trust in these guys because I didn't have the experience to see these things and it has been a miserable few months with massive expenses that they should have warned me about
