Will never take my dog anywhere else. They're very prompt with filling prescriptions and have always been in great communication with us. My anxious pom absolutely adores Dr.Yeik, who's always been so great and sweet with him. I've never seen him more well behaved around anyone than with Dr.Soo. Even their relief vet provided excellent care, offering alternative treatments once we discovered his kidney disease. Everything they've done has helped improve and maintain his health tremendously. He has been going there for years as he's 14. People always comment on how active and young he seems. We can't be any more grateful for his treatment team. Thank you!

My dog has stranger anxiety, told the staff before the visit. Dr Yeik had me put him up on the table and proceeded to pin him down, scaring the life out of my dog. He told me afterwards that some dogs should not be allowed to live and never come back. As if! Staff on the other hand is great.
Alder Trail animal hospital is scary! Dr. Yeik is 100% off his rocker. He is straight up abusive. Read all the other reviews out there. I am shocked this place is still in business. He is incredibly aggressive and unprofessional, telling us to change our dogs entire medical plan just so he can make my more money. All the while holding his medication that he has been on for years ( because of very specific medical issues) hostage. We have never had a vet who was so interested in the dollar signs while outright risking our dogs wellbeing. We went here once because it was close to our house and being that we were new In Town we had no idea how bad it would actually be. Dr. Yeik was so rough with our dog in the apt it completely freaked us out. Our Bulldog loves everyone but wanted nothing to do with this man. Dr. Yeik doesn’t listen, talks over you and doesn’t care about the animal at all. Go meet with him you can tell in less than two minutes he is off. BEWARE!
