I had the most wonderful experience with Joe. He makes the whole process fun and entertaining but keeps things moving forward. He was so knowledgeable about every home we looked at. He does his homework and is fully prepared for every showing. He is always on top of every step of the buying process and ready to jump in and help. He offered his time when he had availability, to help me move by assisting my son loading furniture, boxes, totes, etc. He is like family to us now. He takes his job very serious but isn't shy about making it fun and exciting. His professionalism is bar none. He listened to me and understood what I was looking to purchase that fit my family's needs. I had no idea I would find the perfect home so quickly especially in this market. The entire experience was phenomenal. Having the moving truck was a huge bonus from his company and I couldn't have made this move so quickly without it. I can't imagine this experience would have been made better working with anyone else. His sense of humor and no-nonsense attitude definitely takes the stress out of the buying experience. I would recommend Joe to every single person I know that's looking to buy/sell a home. My deepest gratitude goes out to Joe and his company for making this experience so special.

Joseph helped us both buy a house and sell a house. This was, without a doubt, the easiest process anyone could expect. This was our first time selling and our second time buying. Buying was smooth as silk. Joseph was excellent through the entire process. Our first time buying was nothing short of a nightmare. This time was the exact opposite. He was extremely responsive and always available to answer questions. He was able to offer advice that really make the process easy. I can't put in words how much that helped us get through the stress involved with buying a house. We are very thankful for the stress we didn't have to deal with. His knowledge truly was to our advantage when we sold our house. We listened to his advice and ran with it. Without that advice it is very likely we would not have sold our house for what we did. We would have also put work into things that really would not have mattered. The small things he advised us to do turned out to be really big. Joseph showed that experience in selling and advertising is a real edge. From the advice prior to listing the house and the work he did after it went on the market we could not be happier. To me a 5 star review is reserved for someone that truly deserves it. Joseph deserves it and more. He made everything look easy in the process. He is a true Jedi at his craft.

Joseph was a joy to work with! was was easy to get along with and very personable. He was knowledgeable and extremely insightful about the areas we were looking at purchasing in. He made our out of state move as smooth as possible. Joseph was a master negotiator on our behalf. He helped us get our new home, all below the sellers asking price with a few additional things thrown in like a premium warranty. I would recommend him to anyone I know who would be looking for a new home.
