2020 Surprised to get charged an appointment fee of 25 for an appliance install. More surprised by the quote given...2.5 times the cost of (multiple) other competitors! Wish they would have given that ball park amount over the phone or told me about the appointment fee...the 5* review I gave in 2019 is going down a bit 2019 Sean & Brandon, “the A team” were great. They upgraded a broken valve and provided about 5 tips for other visible things in the basement. They noticed a water line leak and were able to repair that on the spot. Above and beyond and totally transparent throughout the process.

So I woke up Black Friday Weekend to take a shower for work and had zero hot water. I called three plumbers including a plumber I've used for years and no answer. I called pipe doctor a lovely young woman answered and told me a technician named Adam would be at my home by 4pm. I was at work but my gf was home.. Adam was on time and quickly determined my hot water heater was over 20 years old. He said he could reset the breaker that tripped but due to age it needed to be replaced. He also recommended a couple other repairs to increase performance. We scheduled the replacement for Monday. He was there first thing installed the water heater and did the other work. It looks great and I'm mainly happy to have hot water again. The price for the work was more than fair. This is a classy business the people I worked with, the young lady in the office (I cant remember her name sorry) and Adam were top notch professional. I am a customer for life after they helped me out particularly when no one else would. This is a small local business that deserves my support I will highly recommend them to anyone reading this along with my friends and family. I can't thank pipe doctor enough!

Adam and Owen are awesome! Another plumber suggested breaking tiles to fix the issue in the shower. Adam explained he could try a few things before resorting to that drastic step. He and his beard worked their magic and extracted a corroded piece of the shower arm out in no time. He any Owen have excellent customer service. Fair price and efficient. Best team on the east coast hands down.

Sincere thanks to Amazing Adam! He helped unclog our kitchen sink pipe on a Saturday morning at short notice. He was very friendly, professional and did a very thorough check to make sure everything ran perfectly for us before leaving. While we certainly do not want any future plumbing issues, we would definitely work with Adam again if there is a need for it.

Many thanks to Owen and Adam (love the beard btw!) They helped repair a leaking pipe at our main when everyone else was closed for the day or ready to call it quits in preparation for Thanksgiving holiday.
