This is the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. The plumber arrived hours after the time window they gave me, trashed my kitchen, and kept changing the price on me. I've been trying to follow up with this company for a week now trying to get a copy of my invoice to provide to my home warranty company, have been unable to contact anyone. When I actually do get through, they hang up on me when I ask about my invoice and screen my number when I call back. I went to their store location during the store hours listed on their website, and it is not a real business. They put a random address that is actually a tax office.
Technician was punctual and was able to clean the drain very quickly for a fair price. Would recommend and will use Plumbers Richardson again in the future
