My Service Department experience was lacking the customer service excellence expected. I have taken my Jeep in and was sadly disappointed. I recently tried to set up a appointment to have a leak checked and was told that I have to leave it for 48 hours at their convenience they will have it checked. Am I wrong for expecting to set up a future appointment time so at my convenience they can have a technician check out my Jeep???

I was lied to many times about what was wrong with my engine. They told me the engine blew because I did flush the radiator fluid and warranty would not cover it but it did. When I picked the vehicle up I asked what caused the blown engine and the guy said it was because of a hose. Now I sit here waiting to talk to someone about the warranty on the new engine and nobody can tell me anything but this one guy that is in a meeting. We've been waiting for an hour. It was obvious they just wanted us to pay and leave. No one has given us a run down on the new engine or what we should or shouldn't do. I should have listened to friend's telling me not to go to jeep San Angelo. I do not recommend this dishonest place.
