Fraud! I called this store to find out if they carry a part that we needed for our washer so that my repair guy could fix it the next day. I gave them my washer model number and they sold me a part that they said was the correct part. My repair guy told me that they sold me the wrong part because the ampage would not sustain the strength of the washer and that I should return it. I took the part to the store to return it. The store associate told me that the part that they sold me was correct. I told her that my repair guy told me that it was not correct and showed her the correct part that he texted me. She then looked up the other part, that they don't carry and came back and told me that they can't take it back because it was used. How would she know that we used it first of all? I told her we didn't use the part because it wasn't the right part and our repair guy wouldn't install it and he ordered the correct part, which we are still waiting for. She refused to take the part back and we will be going to small claims court to sue them for the part and for interest because they fraudulently are withholding our money.

No problem with collecting your money ,the part came in did not take long missing two screws, I gave gave them a chance to rectify the problem. I was told the person that is handling this is very busy. So am I ! I will never use them again!!

Due to virus, you need to call and they bring parts out to you. Need to have brand and model number with you.

Excellent customer service.. I went in for a small appliace part that they did not carry and the woman (likely the owner) helped me find it online so I can order myself. Not many people would go out of their way to help you if it did not benefit them.. I would highly recommend them to everybody.

Don't go here! They will not refund you when they give you the wrong part! Myrna was very condescending even when I showed her the part was the wrong size! Even after calling GE to confirm I had the wrong part Myrna told me I was wrongand if I was to order from GE they would send me the same part she gave me however they told me otherwise the GE

1. Jamar said a kit was not available for my model dryer although I had found one online . I said I had to get my phone in the truck and would be right back for the part number. When I came back in he had gone on break and the two girls at the counter were not knowledgeable on working parts. Jamar came back in and walked by me even though I called out his name and the girl responded he’s on break versus simply asking him my question . Bad customer service. Also the two parts I settled on were substantially pricier than online & they would not match price.
