We were greeted immediately and they had a nice selection of fridges. But there prices were higher on the scratch and dent inventory that we were looking at, more than brand new at home Depot and Lowe's. It was 500 more than the big box stores. The employees were super nice and showed us around but there prices were way to high for scratch and dent. Do your homework before you buy.
Bought a washer a week ago and it's already giving me problems. I suggest you do research before you buy from this place. The salesman was ok, just wanted us to look around and didn't really want to answer any questions. Tried to ask another employee a question about the extended warranty and he just walked off. They didn't have a big selection. We chose to go here because 2 years ago we bought a washer and the salesman was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I guess he don't work there anymore because we didn't see him. The prices are not good for this to be a scratch and dent store.
This place might sell you un-usable junk, and when you try to exchange for something you could actually use they might call the cops on you for shoplifting! They have a shoddy answer for every single scenario that could go wrong; and in each situation they will try and take advantage of you! Buyer beware of the shiny deals! If its not in a box, then it almost certainly has a problem!
Save your money! We bought a Maytag washer/ dryer set from them in June if 2017. The dryer will not heat. We bought the extended warranty at the time of purchase, so we called them. All we got was the run around. No one knew what was going on and we couldn’t get anyone to let us know when someone could check on the dryer. I called ApplianceSmart and the lady there just kept giving me the warranty phone number even though I informed her that we had already reached out to them. So, after two days of the warranty company stringing is along, we went to the ApplianceSmart store. The manager calls the warranty company and basically, ApplianceSmart didn’t register our warranty with the company when we bought it. The manager is a complete joke and all he could say is I’m going to email our service department for someone to come look at it. He couldn’t even take responsibility for them not registering the warranty. He couldn’t even guarantee when someone would come to check the dryer. Their customer service and products aren’t worth your time. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!
I went to the store recently and it was too hot!!! Hotter inside than it is outside and although the store associates offered me a water it was hot enough to stand that heat!!! AMAZING customer service from our associate Kobi, but way too hot!
Great appliance deals. Really nice sales people. They lied about delivery. I made a purchase on April 20th. They said my delivery would be Wednesday April 24th. I still don't have my products and now they are saying I won't get it until May 3rd. That's not good business
I came in needing a washer and dryer and the salesman Coby who helped me as well as the manager Leonard were very knowledgeable of what I was looking for and helped to get me the best price. I highly recommend this store for any appliances you may need.
