Nice store, half of it is used appliances in decent shape and well priced and the other half is new appliances also at very good pricing. They also offer a rent to own program for people who can't afford it. Everything I was told on the phone was exactly what happened when I arrived. They do haggle on prices, make sure to negotiate if that's your style. I bought 4 appliances and they also delivered for free on time as promised. Can't really do much better than these guys do.
They are good they are fair they're not like Rent A Center or Aaron's they will work with you in time of trouble they carry top name brand appliances as well as bedroom sets dining Room set air conditioners dishwashers for a very very reasonable price go check him out there on East Ridge road right across from Delta sonic highly recommend them to anyone
I had purchased a refrigerator and stove from this company when they were in Henrietta. Because I was satisfied and the Henrietta store was no longer open, I drove to Irondequoit to their store for my next purchase. I purchased a washer and dryer over 10 years ago. Everytime I go downstais to use it, I get irritated. These are front load appliances and I purchased the pedestals for them to sit on. The door to the washer opens to the left. The door to the dryer opens to the right. The door to the washer should open to the right. The door to the dryer SHOULD open to the left so you can put the clothes from the washer into the dryer. This is not possible. When the set was delivered and installed, I immediately called the store to say the doors opened the wrong way. I was told that for 40 someone would come and change one. I elected not to pay the 40 (would have been 80 for both doors) as I felt this SHOULD have been included in the installation. This has always set wrong with me and I decided I finally had to say something. It is getting harder and harder for me to get clothes washed and dried. I will not go back to this store for a new fridge and stove and washer and dryer, as I have never liked the front load.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Very pleased.
