I’ve been with All Lines Insurance for almost a decade. I don’t even live in Spokane, but I use them anyhow. Randy, the owner, is a great person. He was always so good to my dad. That’s very important to me. The way an owner of a company treats their customers says everything about their business. Randy always went above and beyond to help my dad. Then, when it came time for me to desperately need insurance, Randy helped us find the best and most affordable insurance for me. My rates have stayed low & I get full coverage insurance. Living in King County, it’s not always easy to get a good price on insurance. I’m happy with Randy and his team there in Spokane, so I can’t see myself going to another agency. Thank you all for your dedication and sincerity.

Tiffany Forness at All lines is excellent. We worked with her in the past and found her again at all lines. Her breakdown of the insurance provided is detailed and excellent. She is not interested in over selling or under selling to cut you cost. Her common sense approach to building a quote and getting you what you need gave me a sense of security and confidence in my policy. Her attentiveness and quick response to communications even through this pandemic has been exceptional. Our home buying process was a mess and went through several changes and months of waiting. She stayed on top of it and kept communication the whole time. Great agent, great experience!

The absolute best!!! Very professional and humble! I went through a few Agents before Cameron called me. Cameron is awesome and so is Adrian!!! Adrian explains everything to me in detail. Insurance is difficult to understand, especially in trucking. Adrian is always so kind and patient in sharing his knowledge with me. I sometimes forget and he has to explain again! Haha! I feel comfortable calling and asking stupid questions! Everyone at All Lines is so personable and I get a cozy feeling doing business with them. They do not only care about their paychecks, they care about our business!!! Im very grateful Cameron found me and even more grateful Adrian puts up with me.
