Used this place for a home in Minnville on under a .76 acre lot. When we had trouble with a neighbor over the stakes on 1 side, he wouldn't stand behind his work. Of course he had no trouble cashing our check when we got the bill. Called multiple times with multiple messages & never returned our calls. Basically left us out to dry. Will never use again.

I pastor a small church in McMinnville. Called this company in October of 2019 and still haven’t seen a stake placed yet. They have been out 3 times that I recall and leave every time with nothing done. Don’t use them. But when they send the bill I bet they will want prompt service from us.
Nothing but a great experience with this team! I have called out of the blue and they have been able to get our surveys done within a week or two when other Surveyors estimated it would take a month or more to get to our property. Quickest service time, and best prices I have found, will be the first people I call every time!

They arrived on the date we agreed and very professional! Got all the points set for our 5 acre parcel! Very timely with the survey plat to us and reasonable priced! I will always call on Allen Maples land survey first for all my survey needs!
Poor customer service, late with the survey and even later with the results.Did not provide the measurements requested and did not follow up with any questions we had about the survey after multiple e-mails to their office. They had no problem cashing the check we sent promptly after receiving the bill!
I used this company to survey what ended up being 20.9 acres of farm land. I would probably use them again if I knew I wouldn't need the results on a time frame. The good: -The staff is very friendly and professional. Each time I called or met them in person, everyone was very polite and eager to help. They also offered apologies for taking longer than normal (see below). -The land I was having surveyed ended up being nearly double the size of what we expected, and they only increased the price from the original estimate (based on roughly 10 acres) by a couple hundred dollars, which in my opinion, is fair. -The resulting documents and property markers appear to be well done and easy to follow. -The price was the most reasonable out of each of the quotes I received to have the job done. The bad: -I initially contacted the company to schedule the survey on November 9th, 2017, and the work wasn't finished until March 14th, 2018--so, it took in total 3-4 months to complete the survey depending on when you start the counter (the actual work began on December 19th, 2017--that was the quickest they could start on it). -I don't believe they ever once returned a single phone call although they always promised to--it was always me getting tired of waiting for the next call and calling them back. -The do not accept credit or debit cards, and this was unbeknownst to me until I walked in to pay. Good thing I thought ahead and brought a check, because I don't carry that much cash. This seemed unusual to me for a business charging what can be fairly large amounts of money in 2018. Overall, I'd probably use them again, but only if I weren't in a big hurry.
