My company has been in the business since 1980 and we learned quickly that success is dependent upon positive relationships. Some suppliers understand that, but unfortunately most don't. Allied steel, particularly Don Connolly, very much understands the importance of quality and timely customer service. For example, I needed mill reports for a steel order I made over a year ago which was a shot in the dark type of request; however, Don jumped right on my request and did what he needed to do to get the job done. Allied Steel provided timely quotes, accurate and well priced work, but most impressively great customer service. They helped us achieve some fast-burn and important jobs. They did so with a high level of customer service making sure our needs were met. I will definitely be using them again!
(Truck driver pov) Delivered a load there, was tight for a day cab and 53ft spread axle step deck but manageable. Guys there were nice and helped me back out on the street so I could leave.
