I am trying to make an appointment and i have been on hold for over an HOUR and finally get someone on the line just to be a call center and they have to TRANSFER me! UGH!! No way - i will find another clinic!

I have been using this clinic since I was a child and now have continued to use the clinic for my own daughter. All staff has always been professional, kind, and I have never had a sanitation issue with any part of the facility. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and I have never questioned their decisions. From minor to extenuating circumstances, I can always trust my health needs to be taken care of. I have moved to a different town and I still drive half an hour just to come to the Allina Clinic in Cokato. They are phenomenal in all aspects; mental health, family practice, labs and xray. The front end has always helped me with referrals and scheduling. Excellent facility!

I was not impressed by this clinic whatsoever. The nurse had on dirty tennis shoes and raggedy scrubs and his hair was a mess... not saying that is necessarily the worst thing in the world but I expect to be seen at the clinic by someone who appears to of showered within the last week! I went to use the restroom in the lobby and the women's sanitary napkin receptacle was packed full and looked like it hadn't been changed in weeks!(puke) at first glance the place looks nicely put together but it is obvious that someone is slacking in the sanitation department which should not be allowed in a health establishment....
