Great people. They were very informative and fast to respond if I had any questions. This was my first home so it was definitely hectic for me. They walked me step by step through everything and made sure I had a good knowledge. I would highly recommend them. Cared about what we wanted unlike some who are just there to sell a house.

It was because of these tips and their strategy, our house was on the market for 24 hours before we had an offer. Michelle and Chris are just the best, I can't think of enough superlatives to describe them and the outstanding work they do! My husband got a job at the University of Florida in Gainesville and we were planning a move from Connecticut with our 2 young children.
