Great company. They have assisted me many times with my own personal home and my rental properties. Very professional and Dependable. Recently they serviced an AC unit of a home I was trying to sell, Bright was able to quickly rectify issues requested from buyers inspector. Also, previously they have fixed multiple issues for my tenants successfully over these past years. I would highly recommend. A Grade.

Worked with this company over the past few weeks to diagnose and resolve multiple issues with our Heater and AC. Ended up having to replace the entire furnace and have some repair work done on our AC as well. I wish communication was a bit better, but Mr. Bright did make a great attempt to keep me informed along the way. I wish we had a tighter schedule and that some features were thoroughly tested before visits ended. We had issues with the project, but at the end of the day it is working.

Our construction company hired this air-conditioning company to install our entire AC system for new construction in 2019. The motherboard was defective and did not work and the air-conditioning unit was not cooling or heating I found that no batteries had even been placed inside of the thermostat. Once I replace those we found it was still not working.. We called on Friday afternoon around 2 o’clock and were told that they could not service it until the following Monday. I’m disabled and take medication that I cannot be in the heat. We decided to hire John Moore to come out and fix the issue as we are not able to stay in the heat. They had to replace the motherboard. A month later our air conditioner quit working again. We called them and got no call back. We called a second time and were Called back by a very rude lady who would not even let me speak. She said that because I had another company that the warranty was voided. She was very rude and did not really answer my questions at all. I would not suggest using this company as they obviously install broken equipment and old units and don’t come out and fix anything in a timely manner. called back by a very rude lady who would not even let me speak. This is a Garbage company...

I guess they're not in the business of customer service. Hopefully they are better at fixing AC's and heaters. But we will never know. ps. you should fire whoever answers the phones, you're losing business
