We purchased a small ecosystem. The plant variety and accessories to keep these lovlies alive were all available. The staff were friendly and helpful. One star was lost because I observed several customers without masks that went unaddressed. The 2nd star was lost because there were workers who had face coverings around their necks. I'm not a medical professional but I'm guessing that's not helping slow/ stop the spread of COVID-19. I don't like taking stars or my patronage away. I'm coming back for a peace lily, please do better. I hope that trip will be a 5 star.

This Lowe’s has great parking for contractors and is really easy to get in and out with a truck. The people are friendly and there rarely is a line at the contractor checkout. Lowe’s has a better selection of trim as well. If you need help loading materials, someone is always there to help. If you are making the decision of going here or Home Depot, come here, it is better!

Wow this manager is absurd. I bought an inflatable snowman that had nothing inside the package but a piece of concrete and went back to return it. The manager came out and told me he would not “take this loss” and refused to give me a refund. He yelled, was rude and unprofessional. He talked over me and became irate. I have never been treated so terribly. I was shocked. I went to a different Lowe’s in Johns Creek who were extremely nice and empathetic.

Very shabby store. Very few employees working and those that were there ignored customers. Looking for hot water heater. Price for installation 999. Insane!! Employee taking care of us completely lowered his mask - for those that care. We won't be going back to lowe's

5 stars for the ridiculous deals on outdoor living related items right now. Lowe's are always kept in pretty good shape but like most big box hardware stores, finding assistance can be difficult depending on the day. Even when you do find help, you may struggle to find the person with the answer(s) to your particular question(s).
