Mixed reviews on the experience with the tile department. The selection is great and the sales guys have good recommendations. Their ability to match order needs with square footage is lacking. They’ll significantly over order for the space and accept no responsibility for waste. In our particular case, we have 25% excess; however, the tile used for the job matches the square footage on the order. We still have 25% waste. What? They will even refuse to confirm if their order was the issue and simply blame the customer. Could be better in a highly competitive space.

I just purchased a Frigidair gas range and a Liebherr refrigerator, which was on sale from the floor showroom at 50% off! Amy helped me get the best stove for my parents because having a griddle was very important for them to make tortillas. The gas range works perfect and the refrigerator is organized in a way that is more efficient and safer for back bending. The delivery arrived as expected. The quality of both appliance has enhanced our cooking experience. Thank you Floorcraft!!!
