Hello! We had the rear brakes and rear tires replaced on 8-8-18 at Alvarez Lincoln Jaguar and as always Ivan Carillo (Maintenance Manager) and Jim Lynch took great care of our vehicle. Some thing else happened worth mention. My wife's Birthday just past on 8-6-18 and it was time to replace my wife's Cadillac. I wanted to buy her an XJL Luxury four door, somewhere between 100,000 to 130,000 and was prepared to do so. Mr. Alvarez overheard my conversation with the sales person Keith Somerville and came over and told Keith to show me the 2013 XJL he had just put on the lot. Keith showed me and I bought IT! It had 45523 on the odometer and double mint condition. My wife Loves it and I saved 90,000. Mr. Alvarez treats you like family. What a deal! Respectfully, Malcolm Driggs

Our salesman Steven Z. did an excellent job and was very nice and low key. Then the sales manager Eddie was spectacular. Best price offered up front, no haggling, no back and forth. It was a real pleasure to deal with Alvarez Lincoln. P.S. We love the car too!
At little over a year old, my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace was due for it's first oil change. Scheduled appointment with Service Advisor, Ivan Carrillo who greeted me upon arrival, took care of overseeing progress and kept me informed. Great Staff in Service Department. You couldn't ask for any better.
The sales and finance team provided a great experience and worked diligently to get a deal done. However, only four stars because the vehicle had one set of keys, keyless entry not fully operational, and scraping noises from the rear wheels. It appears there is more work to be done to insure the cars are completely ready before showcasing them on the lot.
