Had an excellent clinical training experience here through Tri-C EMS. Very hard-working people here. A private company (self-service of all ambulances, by the way) and could tell they build a natural rapport with their paitients. Very dilligent and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for new EMT's training experience, as well as medical transport for paitients in the area. Awesome experience!

Customer Service Lacks extremely, the number one thing in health care is customer service. it started on the phone with a lady dispatcher. She stated she has been there for 27 years and could answer a few questions since HR wasn't available. I explained to her I was looking around comparing the different ambulatory services located in North East Ohio and would like to do an information interview and she stated she has never heard of that nor do they do that kind of thing, I repeated informational interview just incase there was a mis-understanding, I asked about shift work, hours, and transportation/911 Operations if any. Her responses were extremely short and when asked if they were union or non union she said she needed to stop answering questions because we are on an emergency line and it cannot be tied up. Why offer to answer questions when you don't want to or cant because its an \Emergency\ phone line. Why on your website is the phone number to call not marked as an emergency number? Why are you recruiting for good talent when you cant even make a good first impression at the phones? Don't get offended because somebody is looking around, its the smart thing to do now, and good talent does it everywhere.

Friendly people but not a job for people with children the supervisors and office people are out on time. And the pay could be a lot more especially when you have to refuel and clean and wash the vans
