Staff were friendly and attentive to clearing plates and keeping the area clean. Good food options and delicious craft cocktails. Easily found a spot to sit with outlets close by.

Amazing space with to notch service. Once you enter there are many beautiful clean, chic spots to sit in groups or singles, sectioned off or in noise free rooms (even a kids play room with tv and toys. The bar is also upscale with great drinks, great bartenders. The view is beautiful of the flight line on one side and looking down on the food court from second floor on the other. We were there just in time for dinner which served roasted carrots, sweet potatoes with golden raisins, and butter lemon chicken all in little cast iron pots, along with a wedge salad and chocolate pudding and cookies... All were delicious! Comfortable, clean, well maintained space. They also have shower facilities available. Would love to stop here again next layover in Charlotte airport!

Not too busy when I passed through. Food was great, beer was cold (had local brews), staff was super nice! Would definitely come here again!

Chef designs a well crafted menu. Lunch was pulled pork and double baked potatoes. It was a little taste of the local flavors. This lounge is newly designed. I especially appreciated the phone room and their use of comfortable space. The television screen wall is a patriotic installation that makes you proud to have a heavier wallet than others.

Great experience at this lounge. The food was extremely delicious: bbq pork with an acidic touch and the carrot curry soup were my favorite. Clean space and very well decorated.

A great respite from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte. The hot breakfast was great. The lounge was super clean and not to busy just after 7am.

Lounge is closed while the other lounges are open. Offer grab and go but the food is cold and sub par. Very disappointed!

Professional and helpful staff. The food and drinks selections are good. I just wish they extend the hours to the pre COVID hours. 7 PM is way too early.
