I only attend this church when visiting family that lives in Manhattan Beach. That said, I can say that this is one church that I look forward to attending when on vacation. This place is warm and inviting and the masses are really, really well run from the lectors to the musicians to the sermons by the priests -- all first rate. It may be a little off-base, but I joke with my family that American Martyrs runs its masses with \military precision.

My place of worship for nearly a decade. The most amazing priests, terrific sermons each Sunday, and a place to call home no matter what city I travel to. I always look forward to seeing my Catholic family, especially my Cornerstone Sisters, when I am in town. Nothing better than a mass at American Martyrs Catholic Community!! All are welcome!! This is the best church I've been here in California. Msgr Barry, Father Joe and Father Rick welcome everyone even non- Catholics Their sermon is very relevant. And especially with the pandemic, their online daily and Sunday mass helps me a lot to stay on course

I arrived late for the 6 p.m. Mass dedicated to the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which was held at the courtyard by the parking lot due, of course, to the pandemic. I also attended the vigil at 5 p.m. on the previous day for the same occasion as well. The front of the church is currently under construction ().
