The women who helped me out today were very friendly, quick and efficient. The place was busy but they took care of me as if i was the only person there. I appreciate anybody who can do that, especially in customer service today. The selection was plentiful and their knowledge on product was impressive. I would recommend this place far above anywhere else i have been. Plus, you can't beat the price! I will use this place from here on out!

Every since the split, neither one stays stocked... Orders are wrong... and more.... Got Some re-meshed screens from these guys... took 5 months... When I went to pick them they weren't ready for 4-6 months. Finally went in and had a fit... They hand me the bill... Its 1/3 more than what they quoted me... and they gave me some screens they had laying around. Horrible job re-meshing, glue isn't even flush... Screens aren't lasting one big job... Will only shop there in emergencies.

I run a small shirt business and recently moved to Arizona from Chicago. Was happy to find a local vendor (10 minutes from home) where I could get vinyl on demand. Place the order on line.. orders are complete pretty fast. I've noticed some pretty sloppy cutting. the 12x12 hardly EVER covers the mat! My most recent order was placed on line, friend got there to pick it up and no one knew anything about the order despite the email confirmation received. The order before that... an entire roll of vinyl was left out, my fault for not checking before leaving so I ended up having to drive back to the store! Also was given a partial receipt for my order which doesn't help for tracking/accounting purpose. This place seems really relaxed and laid back but they could definitely benefit from attention to detail! I only plan to shopping there again if I've exhausted ALL my options!
