I appear to be in the same boat as you Cathy J. with my job. My Job ticket has been open for over 1 year with them and still not yet completed. They came out and completed the roofing job and did an almost excellent job (they didn't do a thorough enough sweep for nails in the yard and I ended up stepping on one and my foot was impaled - NOT a pleasant experience!) in a pretty timely manner. They also did my gutters and did a great job. After some back and forth with the insurance company they finally got the go ahead to do the siding as well. I have been waiting over 5 months for the siding job to be completed. I have repeatedly asked for a receipt for payments made on the job as well as an update on when materials would be in and an installation date set with no response yet. The customer service that I am getting now is falling way short of the quality of customer service given when I first hired them and signed paperwork for them to work on my home. Thank you for letting me know I need to start making calls and keeping a log of how long it takes for them to get back to me on completing my job.

We needed gutters & downspouts on a small new storage bldg. we're putting up on my parents' property. Other companies didn't really want the job because it was a small one and their estimates were pretty outrageous. Brad from Brad's Seamless Gutters/American Siding & Roofing came out and completed our job at a reasonable price. He's been in the industry a long time and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Brain was amazing to work with and all the workers that came out to our home were Very respectful of our home and property we had a roof, siding, windows and gutters put on by them and we get so many complements on how beautiful our home is now I definitely recommend American Siding and Roofing

We contracted for roofing and siding and gutters in mid June The roof was done right away but still wait ing for the siding and gutters to be installed. I have had to call many times because we aren't being kept up to date on delays. In addition the old gutters were pulled away from the house during the roofing process. It appears from reviews that other projects are being completed while we continue to wait.
