I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to share this. I have been using this agency for a couple years and things are good until I have to reschedule an appointment. I have noticed that my texts aren’t answered when I’ve rescheduled. I feel like he puts me in time out like I'm a child before he reschedules me then he charges me more because he hasn’t been to my home in over a month, even though I contacted him on multiple occasions to reschedule. I had a standard 3 week cleaning appointment but life happens and sometimes a person needs to reschedule. All I ask is to keep the playing field even. He cancelled with me the night before so he could do snow removal which I didn’t hold against him, if snow removal makes more money, I understand. However, he rescheduled me on a different day which is not my usual appointment without notifying me until the night before. The time/ date didn’t work for me on such short notice so I asked for another day. I heard absolutely nothing from him after sending multiple texts. This is the second time this has happened but totally unprofessional. Needless to say I won’t be using them anymore! If you choose to cancel... be ready for the cold shoulder. Hopefully this review will help him change his ways of doing business. He needs to remember life happens, people’s schedules change and if he can cancel a cleaning appointment to do snow removal than surely I can cancel due to a doctor’s appointment . He’s services are no longer needed!!!

I received an email very shortly after I placed an inquiry on their website. After the email, I scheduled a site visit for an estimate. I was running late and they were very understanding and shifted things to accommodate me. The price they quoted me was outstanding and more reasonable than my wife and I originally thought. They came to the house, did an incredible job. I forgot a cabinet in the kitchen, they put it aside for me and continued to clean. My landlord loved how clean the place was and gave us back our deposit! Such a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend them. I will definitely use them again!

Amy’s Garcia performed a fantastic cleaning, sanitizing and remarkable job on my brother in laws condo in Ambler, the place was a disaster to start with. No cleaning or maintenance had been done for over two years, he is elderly and not in good health. He now has a clean fully functional condo to be proud of. Thank you Elliott and entire staff.

We live in California and our daughter was in school in Pennsylvania. She had an apartment and we needed it cleaned. I set it up via text with Amy's. The cleaner arrived on time with great communication. The apartment complex manager said she could not believe how amazing the apartment looked. She said usually a full deposit is not returned. We received the entire deposit. The manager also asked for business cards from Amy's as she was so impressed with the cleaning job that was done. It looked amd smelled amazing.

Amy’s Garcia were very accessible and easy to work with to schedule our cleaning. They did a walk through of the apartment so that we could communicate what we needed and they gave a good estimate then. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived on time, worked hard, and texted when they were finished. We were so happy with their work. (It’s definitely worth the money.) Cannot say enough good things about this service. The response was immediate, the cleaning job was amazing. Three cleaners spent 5 hours on my home. Very friendly and hard working crew! Money was well spent. Looking forward to the next visit!
