Yes it’s a bit of a wait (bring a book!) but the care is wonderful, they took their time to answer all my questions and were very kind. Plus - 2 medications and an exam were half the cost of our regular vet! Highly recommend.

Anxious Fur

From the reviews I've read, seems like people don't understand, this is a 24 hour \u003eemergency\u003c vet... If you bring your pet here, without an appointment, you're going to wait... The first time I came here (years ago), I sat in the lobby, patiently, for 6 1/2 hours (it wasn't an emergency & I was happy to do so for the health of my pet, altho it was probably uncomfortable for him) recently I brought my cat here, waited in the parking lot for about 4 1/2 hours, after being updated that an emergency had showed up & my wait was going to be longer. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with carcinoma. Two weeks later he passed away, in my arms, at home. I called to ask them what to do, after it happened & they said I could bring him in & they could take care of him (I did end up taking him directly to the cremation place tho). Despite everyone there being over worked, tired, & probably sad having to deal with stress & death & crazy pet people (myself included) they have always been empathetic & patient with me. Yesterday I got a simpathy card, signed by all the staff for my boy. This place is 5 star, idc what anyone else says!

I had an emergency situation where I had to have my loving companion put to sleep to avoid further heart ache and damage to my little love, they were more then professional and understanding they were competent! Something I didn't not receive at my normal vet where I was sold some bs. That only made the rest of that last night together so much harder then It needed to be i wish i had just brought here here first and had the proper compaction a long term pet parent of over 30 years deserves! Wen it's time and you know it in your heart I hope you can find the same level of understanding and compassion that I found here in my worst time of need! Thank you to all on staff in the middle of the night in my time of need! You are all amazing and i can not say thank you enough for everything from the visit to the after care and condolences!

I just can’t express how amazing the staff is here. Having worked in the veterinary field I can understand how hard their job can be. I brought my dog in last night around 7pm as he suddenly could not move and was not breathing correctly. As soon as we pulled in the staff was incredible from the receptionists, to the techs and doctors. They immediately came out to get him and examine him as I continued giving the receptionist our information. The doctor was very honest that he was in very critical condition and may not survive the blood transfusion let alone surgery. She was very honest that his odds for survival were very low but we chose to move forward with the surgery and transfusion as we were not ready to say goodbye. Thanks to the professionalism, hard work, and diligence of all the staff involved he pulled through and is home resting sooner than we initially planned. We will be forever grateful for the work they do here and the compassionate care they give our fur kids.

I called today with my pet and was told it would be a two hour wait. I patiently waited 2 hours for them to see my dog. When the two hours passed, I called them to check wait time. They told me there was 4 ppl still in front of me and each one would take at least 30 minutes. That’s another 2 hours from the original time. They do not give accurate timing, and didn’t seem to care that I had waited so long to be told I need to wait another 2 hours. I definitely DO NOT recommend.
