It is very difficult when you've had a veterinarian for your dogs for many years and then you move away and have to find a new one. We found Dr. Arend and his staff, from the beginning, to be professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Our pugs are VERY comfortable going inside with their staff members, who lovingly care for them. We have never actually been able to go inside the facility because of the pandemic, but we have felt very good about sending them in alone because of their kind treatment and wonderful care. Feeling blessed to have found such a wonderful replacement for the vet we loved for so many years.

I ️ the way they responded to me and my dog. We were treated professionally which most people appreciate. I tend to ask questions about his treatment and each person I dealt with had limitless patience, which is rare indeed in today’s world. As long as Park Glen is in operation I have no need to go anywhere else.

We took our cat in for a haircut, and he had been experiencing issue we were having addressed by his normal vet of 14 years. The Park Glen staff and doctor recognized his issue and contacted us to run some test and we now have an actual path to returning his health rather than continuous visits without resolution. Great experience! The doctor and staff were amazing and we WILL be taking our cat back to them in the future.

They truly care about you and your pet and very professional. They take their time with you and do not rush even if it's busy. They even called me a few days later to make sure my cat was okay. Above and beyond and will always be my choice vet.
