I am never disappointed when I bring my dogs to Hawthorne Park. They are very thorough. I think they have the best groomer in Bloomington, Destanee. I recommend them to everyone!

I was nervous about taking my dog to a new vet after three years but my old vet moved away. Despite not being able to go into the appointment with my dog due to covid protocols, the staff made me feel so comfortable with him being there. The doctor took the time to call me after the appointment to go over everything with me. They are a good team! I am excited to have them caring for my pup!

As always friendly, knowledgeable and caring about the pet and its owners. They're always respectful of the pets and their owners. We have always felt that whatever they could do to make both the animals experience and the owners experience a positive one they did. Whatever information you asked for or needed they provided. They often times went out of their way to make sure that we understood just what it was they were telling us. I definitely rate them a 5-star rating!

I really like everyone there and they are great with my cat but it’s expensive. 120 for a shot, the vet poked/squeezed him for 30-45 seconds and put him on the scale. They also tested a stool sample. Maybe that’s average but it seemed high to me.

The staff was friendly and really listened. The vet did not rush things and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!!
