I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Martin & Dr. Marble. I had previously taken my cat to two different vets who told me my cat was just stressed, even though she had been peeing blood for some time. Within the first 15 minutes of my first appointment with Dr. Martin, she did an ultrasound and discovered my cat had bladder stones. I was extremely happy to finally have an answer and Dr. Martin immediately planned a course of action to try and help my cat. My cat ended up needing surgery, which was done by Dr. Marble. I was able to get an appointment for her surgery the same week and my cat is now at home recovering. As far as COVID is concerned, they allow people to come inside (with masks, etc) and that was crucial to me. Dr. Martin was very thorough in her examination and recommendations. She made sure I understood what was wrong with my cat and how they planned to fix the issue. I couldn’t be more pleased with how well they cared for me and my cat! They are very professional and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help your beloved pets! I highly recommend Windhaven Veterinary Hospital and won’t be taking my cat anywhere else!

I can’t say anything about the other vets at this location, but Dr Marble and Martin never fail to take care of my family’s 6 tiny dogs. The dogs are never scared when they arrive, and even if they are a little nervous, they light up at the sight of Dr Marble or Martin. The vets here are just so sweet! They truly care about each and every pet they treat, and will always have my business for any animals we have in the future. 100% recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Very understanding of the situation and compassionate towards my dog with IVDD. Very thorough discussing options for treatment. They genuinely care about your pet.

The staff is amazing with me and my chihuahuas. We all know how stubborn the breed is but they treat them with the utmost care and respect. I love Dr. Marbles and the time she takes to explain things and make sure my fur babies have the best health.

After finding two 2 week old kittens in my apartment yard after the landscapers destroyed the bushes they were born in and scared mom away, I took them immediately to Windhaven since my family cat was scheduled for an exam that afternoon. I want to make it clear that I was SCARED for the well-being of those animals and wanted to do the best I knew to help them....which was take them to a facility that, well, CARES for animals. I will NEVER recommend that hospital OR Dr. Rachel Cummings to anyone. I was in need of help and could not give them the time (bottle feeding)/ attention they need. Dr. Cummings not only made feel HORRIBLE for taking them out of the elements and away from a mom (that had not even SEEN), but she made me feel GUILTY for not being able to take them to my office. She advised that I put them back even after I expressed concern that their \home\ was destroyed and I live on a busy street and had two large dogs. I was charged an office visit and made to feel like absolute hit by an immature, young, emotionally reactive and judgmental cat lady in a doctor's coat. The worst part? She continued to visibly express her anger of my escue\, which was visible to me from check out. I left that \Vet\ and went to North Colony and was greeted warmly and within minutes was thanked for bringing them in and told that there were employees there with experience in bottle feeding the babies until I can adopt them out in 8 weeks.....and didn't charge me a dime. Dr. Cummings, you should pay THEM for lessons on how to treat new patients. I'm moving all of my pets there.
