I wish so much that I could give 5 stars because all the staff were WONDERFUL and so very helpful; however, I waited over an hour for my pup to be seen. I understand that COVID has caused some delay but it took way to long to get her seen. Dr. Reed was great and answered any questions and concerns I had! They also got me set up with a wellness plan for my new puppy which will save me a good sum of money in the long run. I hope to give a 5-star review on my next visit.

I take my dog, Pittman, to see Dr. Hertelendy. We love her! She is the only vet I trust with my dog :) She's very kind and informative. You can tell she really cares for her patients! The receptionists are always incredibly kind as well. 10/10.

Love Dr. Reed, she's the best. My only complaint is the wait can sometimes be longer than ideal. But the staff is phenomenal in their compassion and understanding.

My original vet's office could not get my 2 cats in to be seen. I called Helmwood and they got one in one day, and the other one the next day. They were very friendly, thorough and professional also. The Veterinarians really seemed liked they cared about your pet when they spoke to you. I'd recommend their facility.

We have had a great experience here I brought my dog in for skin issues dr. Reed really took her time I hadn’t brought my dog to the vet in years and she saw that and immediately came up with an overall wellness plan for him and I found out he had worms and some other things going on and I’m so glad she took her time to evaluate and get my puppy healthy again
