I call Mr Andersohn for information about a possible disclosure issue and as I'm telling my story he interrupts with \why don't you just unclog it?\ Without letting me even finish telling him that I had tried that already. Condescending, unprofessional and rude. Glad it was only one phone call!!!

I recently phoned Mr. Andersohn in regard to the writing of my father’s Last Will and Testament due to the fact my father was coerced and under duress by his adoptive son and per the adoptive son he was diagnosed with Dementia by his PCP. My concern was why Mr. Andersohn would compose and notarize a Will for my elderly father under these conditions. With myself being a notary and notarizing a Will that has been changed five(5) times, I clearly would of asked questions and spoke to the client alone at great length. When I asked Mr. Andersohn he became extremely defensive of my questioning and unfortunately made the mistake to lie to me in regard to saying he was aware of the five(5) previous Wills and saw them. Mr. Andersohn would have had to contact myself to get those Wills because my father feared his adoptive son and the adoptive son only had in his possession the first Will which favored him. After only a few minutes of questioning Mr. Andersohn became so confused by his own words he hung up on me. I would advise caution if you were to use Mr. Andersohn’s services, even though he emphasized that he was 65yrs old (in which his age had no relevance in regard to what I was asking him) and continually stated he was ‘very well versed’ in the laws. I would still air on the side of caution in regard to dealing with his law firm. If he has practiced law as long as he was insinuating I would of hoped he would of been better at seeing this was a case of elder abuse in all forms, financial and other.

Nate has been our go-to attorney for decades. He's helped our family across 2 generations, 3 businesses, and numerous real estate projects. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Nathan Andersohn to anyone who is in need of an honest and reliable attorney. Nathan has helped my wife and I with many things over the years such as: setting up our s-corporation and submitting the proper legal paperwork each year thereafter. He also helped us with our wills, medical power of attorney and he gave us helpful information during the process so that we could make informed decisions. My wife and I are both Realtors and we refer our clients to Nathan when they need legal advice. Nathan is very personable and takes pride in his profession. I highly recommend him to you without equivocation.
