They replaced my boiler for me. They weren't the cheapest but the quality of the job was impressive. They had a laser set up to check the level of every pipe they installed. Picture perfect job and I have had no issues with it at all. They come and service it every year and the guys are super friendly and clean.

I've had Chris at my home and business. He helped me install new thermostats and did a cleaning and repair on my AC unit when someone else worked on it and messed it up. Greatful for his work.
So this is pretty embarrassing but i tried to install a wifi thermostat myself and blew something up in my air handler. I called them with my tail between my legs and they sent a guy right over to fix it and finish the install. He made me feel better when he said it happens pretty often. Anyway the guy was great, had the part I needed and got it running in a hour or so. Same day service also, I think it took maybe 3 hours tops to get them here. I'll use them again for sure.
They fixed my AC last summer and a few seasons before that (different issues and its an older system). The man was very friendly, very clean (used drop cloths and covered his shoes), and explained everything to me. I'm going to have them replace the system in the next year or two since its pretty old.
I went through a few companies before finding Anderson Air about 10 years ago. His team of guys are top notch. They fix things the first time the right way, they are honest, and show up on time exactly when needed. Every time we need service we get it - same day - same night or weekend if need be. They service about a dozen large estates in the hamptons for me and I will never need to use anyone else.

I own a summer home in East Hampton, NY and needed someone to come out and get my heater working on a saturday night when i arrived at 9PM to a cold house. I couldn't believe they called me back within 15 minutes and had the emergency guy out to me in an hour. by 11PM my heat was working. What a life saver! The man was a gentleman and very friendly to me and my dogs. I'm planning on having them come check out the AC this spring before that silly thing breaks down.
