I am a new customer and we recently had Anderson out to our house and I am so happy with their quality of work and professionalism! They were able to get us in right away for service and when the tech arrived, he was courteous and professional about informing us he would be wearing protective gear for our protection while he worked on our air conditioner. I am extremely grateful they are taking extra care. The tech found the issue quickly and informed us what he was doing to fixed it. Additionally, he was very patient in answering all of our questions. I am a very happy customer and will be using their services in the future! Thank you Anderson Heating!

Our furnace was not working and it was cold in our house. We were not a customer of their's. They were at our house by 11AM. Very good service and very respectful guys.I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for the great service

Scott was great! Very efficient in identifying and resolving the problem with my AC. Honest and open about maintenance to help me get the most from my system. Prompt response and very reasonable for an after hours service call. Will definitely call these guys again for my heating/ cooling needs!

I had a several dealings with this company and neither one was very pleasant. The gentleman who worked on my equipment was nice, and professional, but trying to get service scheduled was like pulling teeth each time with a variety of issues. It's unfortunate there aren't more businesses nearby that appreciate their customers and the business they bring. I am generally very respectful and very courteous when dealing with companies who I want to work on my equipment, as there is no reason not to be, but it seems far too often I don't get the same respect in return. I'm hoping I'll not have to do any more business with them and can find a company who appreciates their customers or can at least treat them with some decency and civility.
