Dr. Zappa saved my life by correctly identifying an issue and getting me a diagnostic test immediately and then arranging for me to have surgery the following day. His office staff takes very good care of him and goes to great lengths to provide you with arrangements when necessary.

Dr. Zappala is great. The front desk staff is terrible. They never do what they say they are going to do. If your insurance needs an authorization, it will take weeks to corner the staff into lifting a finger and actually doing something. If the staff says they will call you back, yeah good luck with that. Horrible service. Dr. Zappala is great.
