Dr Stroup has been our family vet since we moved to the area about 3 years ago. She is a professional and compassionate vet. What I appreciate most about her is her no-nonsense, tell- it- like- it- is approach balanced with kindness & soul. A few months ago, my 18.5 year old kitty was failing. Like a family physician, the Dr Stroup saw her right away. She took her vitals and then recommended euthanization. I asked if my longtime companion was suffering and without hesitation said \yes\. I trusted her and knew we made the right decision together. The team at Animal Hospital of West Bay was and is so caring. She continues to be our vet for our rescue pup and two other feline family members. I highly recommend her.

And, from our experience, that defines Dr. Cyndi Stroup. She is way beyond just being a practitioner, she's a kind and gentle caregiver. She understands that pets are family too - and she nurtures the people who come in with their pets. Peeps has had other vets; Dr. Stroup makes us feel like we're her total focus, we never feel rushed. And that focus is also evident with West Bay's entire staff.
