My husband and I had a great experience with ANN transportation from the first day we inquired to our big day. Wedding planning alone is stressful and even more so during a pandemic, but they was so helpful and kind with any questions, thoughts, or concerns we had leading up to the wedding day. John our driver was a bit late picking my wedding party up but we also got notification there were traffic stops along the route so we understood. My husband and I were dropped off first so I can't speak upon everyone else's experience but during the time I was in the limo I had a blast. We we're lucky to have snacks, and a complimentary bottle of champagne. The limo was beautiful. I highly recommend for your transportation needs.

Used ANN for transport to and from JFK airport. We had an early morning flight (5:55am). Our scheduled pick up time at home was 1:45 am. Our driver Carlios was nice and early, so there were no worries there! The GMC Yukon SUV he drove us in was in pristine condition, and extremely comfortable for the 4 of us with our luggage. The bottled water in the vehicle for us was a nice touch. Carlos got us to JFK safely in plenty of time. On our return trip, we were delighted that Carlos was our driver again. Once again he has bottled water ready for us. He also remembered the temperature we liked in the vehicle, and that we preferred the radio off. Carlos has a great attention to detail, and is extremely personable. What an asset to the company! I will not hesitate to use ANN again, and I'll definitely request to have Carlos be our guy again!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was picked up in Fishkill for a ride to Westchester Co. Airport in December. Before we got in the car I asked the driver to stop at Dunkin for coffee . He said NO that would be a extra charge. Are you kidding me , really, all he had to do is just stop , no turns JUST STOP! We pass it on the way. That's total BS!.. Stay away from this company , they do not care about their customers.
