You always hear negative things about used car dealers. However, not the case with Answer One Motors. This dealership was recommended to me by two friends. So I decided to check them out. The owner Bryan Sanford was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely honest with me, he gave me more for my trade-in than I expected and got me qualified for a loan when I did not think it was possible. I strongly recommend this dealership, I love my new SUV and felt moved to share this experience online.

Had a very positive experience! Felt they were honest when dealing with me. The battery died a week later and the salesman bought a new one and met me at work to replace it, no questions asked.
I'm sorry to be a Debbie Downer but the negative reviews on this company are NOT False!!! That last comment is absolutely true. They back their warranty 100% bc u are going to NEED IT!!!! I am using a friends Google page to write this but Bryan will sell you a GREAT LOOKING car but the mechanics will be horrible. Now let me correct that statement. That's what happened to me. When u are searching their lot and are thinking about buying they are the nicest people ever, but as soon as u drive off that lot and u have a problem, u better forget it! NEVER EVER EVER will I consider them again. They made my buying a car experience the worst ever!
THIS GUY IS A FRAUDULENT CROOK! DO NOT BUY FROM ANSWER ONE MOTORS!!! Bought my first car from Brian and the dealership, given a FAKE car fax report about how the car had never been wrecked, and what do you know? Its been wrecked twice. Owned the car for 2 weeks and the roof started leaking and it wasn't their problem with warranty, steering coulomb broke, not their problem, took the car back to them for consignment, didn't advertise it and left all the lights on just so it would run the battery out and managed to break my fender! Not their problem though,done with this
If I could give no stars, I would. My dad came to Tallahassee to buy me a car to get around for school and this was the dealership that we chose. Since purchasing the car it has malfunctioned MUTIPLE times. I am a college student, I don't have hundreds of dollars to pay a mechanic to fix something new every month on this car. He told my dad that he had his mechanic look over the car and everything worked properly, and that was a lie. I just sent over 1200 in repairs in the last month alone. Everyday I wish that I would've went to a different dealership to get a car.
