five stars for the buying process, but the car I purchased turned out to be full of rust. it will be impossible to maintain as many components are rusted shut and cannot be replaced. bad luck I guess. make sure you have a mechanic inspect :(

Let me just start this review by saying my family has purchased in total 3 cars from this lot, primarily because of the proximity to my house. I arrived at the dealership with my brother looking to purchase his first car, thinking I'd try local before traveling further.. you know part of the car buying process. There was a blue Hyundai accent for 4,800 with numerous accidents on its record, but I figured we'd test drive the car, and make a decision based off the test drive of the car.. as most of us probably should. I asked for a test drive at a car dealership with a maximum of 15 cars, and he proceeded to tell me \call back tomorrow and we can schedule a test drive based on availability.\ I already noticed that as a little off putting and told him nevermind thank you.. he then proceeded to say something under his breath as we left the office. Moral of the story, if you're looking for a dealership that focuses on customer service, you should look elsewhere.

Bought a great car with very low mileage. Lenny threw me the keys and gave me all the time I needed to inspect it by myself, A terrific, no pressure, buying experience based on respect, good salesmanship, and excellent cars and trucks. Don't hesitate to go in to Big T's.

Went in and met Anthony , I really appreciate his “no BS” approach. No pressure, didn’t try to switch to a car I wasn’t interested in. As someone who hasn’t purchased from a dealer in a long time he made the paperwork very simple and straight forward. A week later, loving my Kia Soul.. more enjoying the gas mileage than anything! Thank you
