Jackie Landeros was very helpful with my car purchase. She answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. She checked backed with me several days later to assure that everything was going well with my newly purchased car. This was mine and my husband’s 3rd vehicle to purchase at Apple-Sport and each experience has been excellent. All departments are hands on deck!
I have had my vehicle serviced at Apple Sport Ford and at a local quick lube/car wash establishment. My last oil change visit revealed some issues caused by the other business and those issues could have really caused me problems had I chose to do my own service in the future. My most recent visit was for an electronic issue and a horrendous odor in the vehicle. Smelled as though something had died in the truck. The service department had all hands on deck to resolve my issue. From the Service manager, the technician and the service advisor they all were involved. They repaired the Camera system easily but the odor was a bit more challenging. They could not find the source. They used a machine to deodorize the entire cab of the vehicle and when I went to pick up the vehicle they were very apologetic about not fining the source and I completely understand the difficulty in that issue. The smell seems to be gone though. We shall See. Overall I am extremely pleased with the professionalism, the care, and the personal touch that the Apple Sport Dealerships put into their clients and their business!
