I ordered a 90 meal with them on 3/27/21- not only did I have to wait 40 minutes after the pick up time I was informed that the manager Carla was not filling orders by the order ticket but by what was ready - so orders after me were being filled and sent out. When I did receive my meal- I informed the waitress that I will be calling if there is anything missing - she told me she didn’t have time to double check my order. I asked for the managers name and went home. The rice with my lemon chicken was so dry and hard it was like rocks!! The extra lemon pepper sauce I paid for was not added and the pasta was DRY! I called Carla and she was apologetic and offered me a gift card- took all my information and still as of today 3/21 Nothing! I took pictures and I will be calling Lisa the district manager!

Food was cold. Buyer beware. Cheese sauce on broccoli is in fact not melted, but cold grated cheese. Not pleasant. Lots of employees standing around. 3 actually working.

Are waiter was a gentleman came by to see if we needed anything and asked how everything was and refilled our drinks and the food was delicious and yes I would go back

We placed our order online and customized our cheesburger with No pickle, no tomato, and well done!!! The burger is super pink, the picture does no justice . I also ordered fries and got mashedpotatoes. On top of that the girl asked us for a tip!!!

Food was very good. Service was great. Reason for the low rating is the consistently music too loud making it very difficult to maintain any type of conversation across the table and the temperature is always cold in the dining area. I'll go back at some point based on the food in spite of the detracting elements.

The quesadilla burger was great! It was a bit chilly eating outside, but they did try to warm things up with 4 space heaters. I was fortunate to have a table warmed by the sun! It was about 58 degrees outside.

My husband and I enjoyed our meal, our waitress was awesome even the manager came by to see how happy we were, but then the bartender had to open his MOUTH about his political views!! NOT the place to veiw your opinions!! What he said was not appropriate for applebees staff! We will NEVER be returning !!!
