WORSE THAN POOR experience... The woman (who's name is unknown) was ready to give me a part without the proper connectors, and then gave an attitude about it when I questioned it. Then, basically "shut me up" (by loudly saying: "THAT'S ENOUGH") rather than allow me to explain my situation and hear me out. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! Obviously she hates her life and takes it out on her customers. I would travel 20 miles to the next parts place AND pay extra, rather than go here ever again. Absolutely BAD business ethic. That is all.
