In need of new refrigerator. The manufacturer style I was most interested was available as a floor model. Saved 800 over big box store by purchasing the floor model. How can I be so excited over a refrigerator!! Thank you Bill Davis for all your help.

I've been purchasing my appliances from this establishment for over 10 yrs. The prices, quality of the products and service has always been exceptional. Best place to by appliances.
My grandmother has had nothing but a(n) bad experience with them. She bought a new refrigerator from them in late April and the liner started to crack in Dec. She ask them to replace the freezer liner being so new and all, but they are trying to glue the cracks instead of replacing the liner. First of all I've had my refrigerator four years now and the freezer liner is still good. For that matter I've never had a freezer liner crack. They should be more then happy to replace their defective parts.
Definitely not what I thought it would be like. It's basically a huge warehouse of appliances that are supposed to be cheaper than what you can buy at retail stores but some are dinged and beat up and are just as much as you would find at a retail store. Definitely don't waste your time driving down there!
I bought a GE Cafe range from here for a GREAT price! Do your own homework because they don't seem to know much about their products. Most of the deep freezers had rust in them.
We bought our Bosch Dishwasher from the ApplianceSmart that closed down in Town & Country Shopping Center. My review goes for all ApplianceSmart. We bought the expensive warranty and when we went to use it the service men at Tanstel Electronics came out. They said they need a 'new part' so we wait another 2 weeks. They come out again and they said, 'we need another part'. We have been going through this almost 3 MONTHS. We call the people who sold us the warranty at New Leaf Warranty and they keep saying 'we will call you back with the information'. They have NEVER called us back. Both Tanstel and New Leaf Warranty have a 1 1/2 * rating. They are terrible and I am writing this to tell you to not waist your money buying the warranty. The people don't have a clue what they are doing. As of today our dishwasher still is broken and we have not heard back from ANYONE. what can we do?????nothing.....just wait for them. That was so wrong of them to treat us that way.
Waited three weeks and nothing - no call, no update, no delivery. I call, not much help... apparently waiting for their buyer to buy the appliance before it can be shipped to me. Home Depot, Lowe's and Amazon could have the same oven to me in three days. Got a refund and ordered online. Cheaper but you get what you pay for.
