After receiving no response from other prominent electromagnet companies after multiple attempts (looking at you, AEC...), APW not only sent me a response from one of their engineers assisting with my (admittedly novice) electrical questions, but then continued on in a full conversation to assist me with my project. Then, the president and owner of the company personally reached out to add additional information and answer another question from my original inquiry the electrical engineer had missed! Their swift response to my questions, willingness to help and attention to detail absolutely left an impression. I do not represent a large manufacturing plant by any means - my order is in the single digits for units. However, if I DID represent a larger company, I would turn to APW for anything electromagnet related without hesitation. Their customer service is nothing short of exemplary, for any industry.

I have nothing but good things to say about APW. They have countless size/strength electromagnets, excellent documentation, great customer service. The electromagnet I bought works flawlessly.
