If I could give zero stars I would. I have scheduled several appointments with this company to not have them show up or even call to say that they will not be coming. Very unreliable. I would not recommend this company at all.

Every thing was a snap. And the best prices too. Water never tasted so good!!
I have had this company for several years and would not recommend them. Every Time I have a service appointment they end up showing up late. The last two appointments, I was told that they had a morning appointment in my area, and I was asked if I would like them to come before or after that appointment. I told them to come first so that I wouldn't have to worry about them getting delayed. Today's appointment was for 10:00. I got a call at 1:00 and asked if 1:30 would be OK. Because they got tied up and were running late. Guess I was lied to about being first. Just aggrivating 260.00 for them to inspect system once a year. It takes them 20 minutes.
Owner provided an arrogant description of the process, assuring me that the professional water test I had done was probably inaccurate and that I couldn't possibly rely on any other but theirs. Ah, yeah - not so much, but thank you anyway. Listen to your customer and attempt to work with them, no one needs your attitude. Even if all of the above were true, there are far nicer ways of describing it.
