We came in for a free trial class and were very impressed by the welcoming, clean and safe environment. We also found the front desk staff as well as the instructors to be very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Aqua Tots is definitely at the top of our list for schools to enroll our son.

My three year old daughter had class with Alyssa. My daughter was getting progressively more terrified as the class went on. Instead of being gentle with her, Alyssa got progressively more irritated until she finally just dunked my daughter underwater without warning while her back was turned because she was crying. Multiple parents in the waiting room saw the incident. I called the manager, but instead of looking into the matter, he just dismissed it. He said the instructors dunk the kids as much as possible to get them used to going under. I tried to explain that my issue was not that she got dunked. It was that she was dunked without warning, out of irritation, because she was scared and crying. He just kept saying that didn't happen. I explained that he wasn't there and multiple other parents saw the incident. He still did not believe me. I asked for a refund since obviously I will not be letting that woman touch my daughter again. He refused and suggested trying a different class. We agreed. My daughter was so traumatized by the previously class that she threw up in fear in the second class. We removed her completely from that place. I absolutely do not recommend this swim school. The instructors are kids off the street with no experience or apparent affection for kids. Now I have a traumatized kid that I have to work with every day to get past her new fear of the pool. Before this class, she loved the water.

Lindsay (Coach) and Taylor (GM) are great! Very personal to my child’s needs and flexible with the schedule. Facilities are clean, maintained and fun for the kids too! As far as instruction, my daughter has moved from being able to float and barely turn over to be able to do elementary backstroke and starting to learn freestyle. She can also kick to the side of the pool and get out on her own which is important for safety. She’s only 3 so I’m very happy with her progress.

We love this place. Our boys have made so much progress and the staff and coaches have been amazingly patient with our kids. Highly recommend this location!
