Chuck is so helpful! He explained how I could get the glass off my gas fireplace so I could clean it myself! All the YouTube videos I'd looked up made it look like a major job but Chuck talked me through it in about 1 minute! Others would have come out and charged me to do it but not Chuck!

Chase came to inspect and clean our chimney. He arrived exactly on time for the appointment - on the dot. Unheard of for a service tech. He completed the work quickly while making sure he covered all the required tasks. He clearly explained where there were issues and what the impact of the issue was. He immediately emailed pics of the issue for our reference. Chase also emailed pics of the recommended replacement. He took care not to leave any mess when he left. We will definitely use ARC again because of the great job Chase performed.
