If you are looking for replacement foam for your chair or couch cushions, do not go to AZ Foam. They only have two extremes- one foam is hard as a brick and the other is softer that what you need to replace. I had 3 cushions on a couch that needed new foam. First I tried the hard one and after two weeks, couldn’t stand it (88.00), so I tried the softer one ( they did give me a discount-54.00). It turned out to be softer than what I thought was beat cushions in my old cushions. No medium ground here. Maria was very kind and understanding & they were able to cut them while I waited. If it weren’t for Maria and their service, I would rate them lower.

Went to order foam prices were great and ordering was easy enough. It was ready the next day but I wasnt able to pick up. When I finally got a ride and went to go pick up my order they couldn't find it. They looked for a bit through the warehouse. She said I know they were ready they were sitting right there. So apparently they disappeared and they think another employee grabbed them to take to another location. They acted like no big deal no I'm sorry. So now I had to wait 30 minutes waiting for them to recut my order. I brought in my cushion case to make sure it fits they helped me which was nice but lady was like well we normally dont do this. Yea well normally do you lose someone's order that was ready days ago. I would've given them 5 stars but their customer service for a mistake they made didnt earn it.
