#1 Brewery in AZ I have tried throughout my entire 32 years living here. And the food is straight out of this world without exaggeration. You must try their Presidential while they have it on tap and their burgers are absolutely a major must have.

This place is consistently good. Food is tasty, beers are unique and delicious. Today I ordered a Refuge IPA and the Beer Bacon & Bleu Burger. Both were very good! For \dessert\, I ordered the Pear Boutique. This one wasn't quite what I expected, but I ended up really liking it. Today was a great day to sit out on their huge patio too. So, all around; great lunch with friends!

The beef here is unreal. It is so wildly tasty I can't believe it. Excellent service with friendly servers. The Pear Boutique is more of a sour (which we love) but wasn't labeled as such. Great atmosphere and plenty of screens if you want to watch the game. The bacon cheese fries were a huuuuge serving. I wish I thought to take a photo. Great for sharing. Give this place a try if you eat meat. I'm sure they have vegetarian options, but don't quote me on that.

It's no mistake that the place is so highly rated. The food is exceptional and ethical. I really enjoyed my beer. The testaraunt is just an all around fun place to be. My wife and I will be coming back for sure.

So Wilderness is the best brewery in Arizona, and one of the best restaurants as well. Their beers taste so fresh and are often made from local in-season ingredients. Very few places put as much care and compassion into both their food and ales. Sure, you may sit at a picnic table, but it is a scratch kitchen and they use mostly local sources for their recipes. Any place that goes to the trouble to make their own ketchup deserves a visit.
