Ross is a very honest man, he fixed a simple drain plug issue twice with my heater, back in 2019 and just a few days ago. Responds immediately and you'll get an honest diagnosis. No extra charges or upsell. I will definitely recommend him very professional and honest. That is very hard to find nowadays.
