Showed up at 7, it is now 9:58. Was expecting a procedure at 7 but that has not happened. Some of the staff is very friendly but to be honestly this place reminds me of the waiting room from Beetlejuice. If you value your time or don't get paid from your work while at a doctor's appointment....then run from this place.

Not many people enjoy having to go to the doctor, and I am no exception. However, the staff here are friendly, patient, and, kind. The nurses and the doctor go out of their way to get a comprehensive idea of each individuals needs and to get them the best help possible.
Horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment. It is first come first serve so if your appointment is at 12 and I walk in at 11:45 I will be seen first. If you are a new patient Dr. William's primary goal is to get you added on for a procedure. You will wait probably 2 hours to be seen, a nurse will call you back and ask a few questions then say she wants to add you on. You will then be taken back to the lobby to wait another 3-4 hours. You do not get to see the doctor unless you request. When he does see you he is rushing. Why? Because he is doing procedures and office visits. If another doctor is in, like Dr. Budrahjai, then the wait will be longer. Her patients are seen first. Dr.Frazier is just as crazy as her drugged up patients. She is rude and unprofessional along with the office manager Suzette. Dr. William is so focused on the money he doesn't care that his employees are unhappy and that the patients are basically in charge. They know what to do to get the drugs they need. The nurses and doctors know but they don't care either.
LYNN FRAZIER, DNP...... Extremely knowledgeable in her field of medicine. I would highly recommend her ! ...... Wait time was 10 mins...... Her staff was very friendly!
My husband has a condition called MSA he saw Doctor Boop in January 2019 was told to come back in three months for follow up. My husband was admitted to ICU last Friday in March 2019 then went to rehab. My mother was in ICU and scheduled for pacemaker at Baptist the day before my spouse had follow up appointment. I had to leave my 95 yr old mother at Baptist hospital drive to rehab to check out my husband for appointment. I drive 100 miles to Little rock called clinic advised we would be about 10-15 mins late The receptionist person said don't bother to come if you are going to be late. We didn't see doctor he refused my husband was charge a no show fee and clinic refused to reschedule another appointment doctors nurse said we could go somewhere else for my husband's care.
